About Me

I’ve spent my life navigating broken systems and learning how to lead from what’s true anyway. That’s what I help others do, too.

With roots in education, non-profits, and startups, my work brings together mindfulness, systems thinking, and social change. I support individuals and teams to slow down, reconnect with what matters, and lead with integrity and imagination.

I believe, as Audre Lorde said, that "the master’s tools will never dismantle the master’s house." So we need new ways—ones that grow from inner clarity and shape how we live, work, and lead together.
